My plan is very easy, no insane workout, no starving and no skipping meals. If i want to lose weight, i will do it right. For the record, I love size 9 nothing wrong with it. I am just bettering myself and my health. This is something i plan on doing even past 3 months mark. I like to give myself realist goals to keep me going. After 3 months, i will try another and before you know it, its a lifestyle. I am taking a step to become more fit, I hope you will join me.

Not big no grass these days, so am skipping that! (for now)
Soups: I love Progesso chicken noodle light: 70 cal x 2
Fish grilled: 100cal
shrimp grilled : 86 cal
Water : 6 glasses
White chocolate: 210 cal (my weakness)
Steak and noodle: 278 cal
Total intake: 1207
Workout for today:
Pedal pop biking class 45 min: This is a very fun and crazy way to workout. 20 mile: 45 min!
Elliptical trainer: 75 min ( A good show was on and i wanted to finish it!)
Walk: 25 mins
Total cal burn today was 1679
Net: - 472
Day one was very easy, i ate like i normally eat; but i added longer workout. The point is not to stay the same, but to become better and that means longer everything!
