Lets be fit: day 3-5, week 1

Hi guys, so i have been very busy these past few days and i have not been able to make a good post about fitness. So, lets get to it shall we? On Wednesday and Friday, i took off from working out to give my body a break and to allow for healing time. On Thursday, i took it very light on my climb, 120-130 watts for 75min. As for food in take, i stayed well below my allowance due to the amount that gets canceled out by working out and mostly end up with a negative net number. What this means is that i am burning more than am eating. According to myfittness pal app that i use,  if i keep eating and  working out like this i will lose 40 pounds in 5 weeks! That not good at all! Not what i am trying to do! It says my body will go into starvation mode, but the funny thing is that i am always eating something (Fish, fruit, Gari, almond) I don't think it takes into account that i eat 1200 then i burn off 1300.  What its thinks is that i dont eat and i workout, or maybe its me, am i suppose to eat 1200 total after workout, but that a lot of food. Getting up to 1200, was actually hard for me on most days. This is mostly because i eat high protein low cal food like fruits, grilled fish, shrimp, soups. I can pig out on these things and still be at 600 cal by night fall. SO much for Smart phone huh or maybe its just dumb me?

I work out 2 hrs a day 5 days a week, so my body needs lots of rest and i understand that.  When challenging yourself, it is very important to listen to your body and take a break.  There is nothing more painful than muscle cramp or pull! Oh did i mention my arms are getting very tone, very quickly! Tell me love, how is your Challenge going?

As i always say, go hard of go home! Accessories can make or break an outfit, and often times i see people playing it too safe when all they needed was a splash of Gold. One Bold necklace can take you outfit from in style to stylish. 






2) BE CREATIVE, MIX METALS!
I know some people do not like to mix their metal: ew gold and silver... Tacky!!! Hmm your face, Wrong!! These days, jewelry designers are doing fab things with mix metal, and nothing gives your ensemble that wow factor than a mix of gold and bronze.

Skin tone is divided into 3 type, Warm, Cool, Neutral. A person with a warm skin tone means that he or she has green veins, cool skin tone has blue veins and neutral has no color. 

Warm skin tone: Gold, copper and bronze are your best friend, they bring light to the skin and gives off that glowing look. 
Complementary Colors: favor stones such as coral or golden toned pearls. Stone color should focus on more earthy tones such as browns, oranges, greens, yellows, peaches, corals, and also turquoises.

I'm a Capricorn, I came here to get mannish

Lets be fit: day 2 week 1

Day 2 was a easy day, I woke up early, got some work done and even had breakfast. Now, if everyday could be like today, i will be oh so delighted; but as we all know i can't always be so lucky. Anyways, this is a short entry of my food and exercise activity for the day, nothing too bad. Actually, there are three things i experienced today: 1) I was not very hungry and i only had about 800 calories by nightfall.  Giving the fact that I have already worked out for 2 hours and i had net total over -580, I had to "force" myself (hahaha) to a piece of white chocolate to bring me up to atleast 1000 cal and a mango made it 1107. 2) I keep over working out cause i start a Tv show like law and order or something and i get into it, then i don't want to leave. Although I don't do anything too pumped ( stayed in my zones), I can't help but feel that the length of time is way too long: 45 min biking class, 60 mini elliptical trainer. 3) My butt is sore, it really strange actually. My arms, back, legs are fine, but my butt feels like i have been doing  5 million ass presses ( if there is such a thing).

Day 2
Breakfast:  Mango and wild berries: The primary benefit of African Mango extract is weight loss.


































Snack: NON
Lunch: Quiznos wheat turkey sandwich: This was so dry.... Nasty!
Dinner: leftover steak and pasta: Great meal!!! Happy happy in my tummy!
Snack: White chocolate and mango: This was all for the health of my cal intake ( yea rite! i just often a whole new way to still have chocolate)


Total cal: 1107
 Worked out for 105min ( way too much!)
